Can you take over our existing Microsoft 365 from another provider?

How long does a server to Microsoft 365 migration take?
For most small and mid-sized businesses, a migration takes one to three weeks from planning to completion, depending on the number of users and how much data you have. The actual cut-over is usually done after hours or over a weekend.
Will we lose any email or files during the move?
No. We copy your existing email and files to Microsoft 365 before switching over, then check that everything has arrived before the old system is retired.
Do we still need a server after moving to Microsoft 365?
Many businesses no longer need one at all. If you run specialised software that still needs a local server, we will advise on the best hybrid setup for you.
Is Microsoft 365 POPIA compliant?
