One of our core functions is providing IT support to business. We provide various levels of IT support including but not limited to workstations, servers, security, networks, firewalls, hosting, cloud services and websites.
Part of our IT service philosophy is to bring corporate-level IT functionality to small and medium-sized businesses. By doing this, we mitigate business IT risk, automate IT tasks and add technologies that enhance business functionality. These products and services geared towards large business have been scaled down towards smaller businesses, which of course also includes lower costs.
Our own automated IT systems remotely monitor IT equipment, which allows us to act on systems before they fail. This forms part of our Pro-Active IT Support. We also track every client request, the resolutions and how much time it took to resolve each problem. This tracking is reported on status changes and in detail on a monthly basis. We also limit travel costs by attending to software enhancements or repairs through secure remote control software where possible.
