Can I add Copilot to my existing Microsoft 365 plan?
Yes. Any Microsoft 365 Business plan (Business Basic, Business Standard or Business Premium) can be upgraded to include Copilot, keeping your existing email, files and settings. Upgrades are quoted, because the price depends on the time remaining on your current subscription. The prices in our online shop are for new subscriptions.
Do all my staff need Copilot?
No. Copilot is licensed per user, so you can start with the people who will benefit most and add more users later.
Is our company data safe with Copilot?
Copilot follows the same security and data policies as your Microsoft 365 tenant and only shows people what they already have permission to see. We review your sharing permissions before rollout so nothing sensitive is exposed.
Is there a contract term?
Yes. We sell Copilot plans on a 12-month term, paid annually upfront. We'll confirm the terms in your quote.
