One of our core functions is providing IT support for business infrastructure. This service provides both desktop and server support to our clients. We try to do most software fixes remotely with our remote desktop support software, thereby removing any travelling costs. If this is not possible, we of course visit our client’s to resolve the issue. Our business has sophisticated software to make sure all our clients get attended to quickly and effectively. They can even email their request through, which will automatically log a service request with all their details. This also gets reported on for management purposes. We do this in two ways.

• IT Maintenance Contracts – Support hours
• IT Managed Services – Per seat

Our datacentre hosting service is based in Johannesburg within the MTN data centre. This provides all the necessary backup services you’d expect from a hosting provider with a 99% uptime. So email or web hosting systems are always available.

Being wholesalers for both of the two major Internet Solution Providers, Mweb and Internet Solutions, we can be our client’s single point of contact. We can do this at the same price as these service providers, but at the same time give better service. This way our clients don’t get lost in large call centres and receive the service they deserve.

Being Microsoft cloud partners, we assist clients in utilizing cloud services not only from Microsoft but many other vendors. To mention a few:

• Microsoft 365 (Hosted exchange, Sharepoint, Teams, etc)
• Google Apps for Business
• Accounting Cloud packages
• CRM Dynamics
