One of our core functions is providing IT support for business infrastructure. This service provides both desktop and server support to our clients. We try to do most software fixes remotely with our remote desktop support software, thereby removing any travelling costs. If this is not possible, we of course visit our client’s to resolve the issue. Our business has sophisticated software to make sure all our clients get attended to quickly and effectively. They can even email their request through, which will automatically log a service request with all their details. This also gets reported on for management purposes. We do this in two ways.
